We want you to love your purchase as much as we do......

At Husk we offer one of two options ~ exchange or store credit. So without sounding like the fun police we do have some very important and strict guidelines for returning your items. Unfortunately if you don't follow these, we are unable to help you.

We allow the return of full priced item/s within 10 days of the product/s being received for exchange or store credit.  We will exchange when the product/s is still available and in stock. In the case of a product being sold out, we are happy to offer a store credit.

Items returned must be returned in all original packaging, with all original tagging still attached and proof of purchase. Returned items must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from the original state, otherwise your return will be rejected. If an item is returned with makeup stains, perfume odours and/or fake tan marks, we will also reject your return. Returns apply for full price items ONLY.

DISCONTINUED items cannot be returned.

However on sale items (non clearance sales) we will happily exchange the item if incorrect size has been purchased being we have the item in the correct size. If the item was a discounted, no exchange or refund will be given. Also if it is due to change of mind we can't unfortunately help you, so please choose wisely.  

You will be responsible for all shipping costs & tracking of returned item/s. We encourage you to use tracking as we are not responsible for any lost items.

If an item is faulty please email huskhimher40@gmail.com to organise this process within 10 days of receiving item. Once an item has been deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer, you will be offered a repair, exchange or store credit. The original proof of purchase receipt for purchase must be provided and any cost incurred in returning this item will be refunded.

***So before returning your item/s remember:

*You MUST email us first within 10 days of receiving item. 

*You MUST provide your tax invoice and all have tags attached.

*The returning item MUST meet all of the above return condition requirements.

Failure to do any of the above will result in your return being rejected.

 

Please note:

* Returns are only accepted on full price items. Sale items cannot be returned.

* For hygienic reasons, earrings, hats and head wear cannot be returned.

* Credits can only be used by the credit holder and are valid for 6 months.
