At Husk we offer one of two options ~ exchange or store credit. So without sounding like the fun police we do have some very important and strict guidelines for returning your items. Unfortunately if you don't follow these, we are unable to help you.
We allow the return of an item/s within 10 days of the product/s being received for exchange or store credit. We will exchange when the product/s is still available and in stock. In the case of a product being sold out, we are happy to offer a store credit.
Items returned must be returned in all original packaging, with all original tagging still attached and proof of purchase. Returned items must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from the original state, otherwise your return will be rejected. If an item is returned with makeup stains, perfume odours and/or fake tan marks, we will also reject your return.
Returns apply for full price items ONLY. Sale items or discontinued items cannot be returned.
Please contact us by emailing email@example.com or SMS 0400 694 246 prior to returning items for full instructions on how. This procedure must be completed to ensure your purchase can be returned.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs & tracking of returned item/s. We encourage you to use tracking as we are not responsible for any lost items.
If an item is faulty please email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise this process. Once an item has been deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer, you will be offered a repair, exchange or refund. The original proof of purchase receipt for purchase must be provided and any cost incurred in returning this item will be refunded.
***So before returning your item/s remember:
*You MUST email us first.
*You MUST provide your tax invoice and all have tags attached.
*The returning item MUST meet all of the above return condition requirements.
Failure to do any of the above will result in your return being rejected.
* Returns are only accepted on full price items. Sale items cannot be returned.
* For hygienic reasons, earrings, hats, head wear and make up cannot be returned.
* Credits can only be used by the credit holder and are valid for 6 months.

What happens when I purchase a pre-order item?
When purchasing a pre-order item please note that your order will not be sent until ALL items are available in stock. If you wish to receive your order sooner, you will need to put through a separate order for your in-stock item/s and another for your pre-order item/s. Unfortunately it's all a gamble with pre-order items - they could turn up tomorrow or a few weeks time, so please consider this before processing a combined order.
You will also see this message appear on the product page of any pre-order item:
"* This item is currently now available to PRE-ORDER ~ it's due to arrive in store in the next week, however, please note that this is purely an estimate and could arrive sooner or a little later.
If you order this product with another in-stock product/s, please note that your entire order will not be posted until this item arrives."
